Who We Are

The Adhyayan Foundation is committed to ensuring every child in India receives high-quality education, regardless of their socio-economic background, location, or circumstances. We firmly believe that every child deserves the opportunity to unlock their full potential.

To this end, we enable and support government schools to create child-centred and inclusive learning environments which lay the groundwork for a child’s future.

Even though we started on a small scale, we've targeted substantial issues in foundational learning. There has been visible improvement in the outcomes and interests of both teachers and pupils. With continued efforts and convergence with other initiatives, we shall see considerable improvement in the future in the learning outcomes.

The ‘Effective Governance through School Complexes’ program seemed to be running smoothly, as evident from my discussions with the stakeholders. I must commend the diligent, respectful, and fruitful support provided by the program managers. I was thrilled to hear the complex leader of Rajnagar Colony HS School Complex speak highly and express excitement about scope and prospect of the program.

Adhyayan’s programmes have enabled our system level leaders and school leaders to review the performance of schools using data, continuously throughout the year and work collaboratively to find solutions.

The impact of the [Read-Aloud] program on the ground has been tremendous. Providing the librarians m with this important skill has allowed them to discover the hidden bank of imagination and creativity within themselves. They have not interacted with children as much as they do now … It’s been absolutely wonderful to see this unfold in front of us.”
