Ashoka: Innovators for the Public runs a program called the Changemaker schools, meant to identify innovative schools that embody changemaker competencies and have the ability to influence schools around them. In order to measure these competencies, Adhyayan helped them in developing the Ashoka Changemaker Way, a diagnostic tool for this purpose. The tool has currently been used across 19 schools in India and 7 schools in South Africa and is available for use by any other organisations.
