Lalbaugh.jpg

Co developed with Antarang Foundation, the Career Readiness Review enables individuals and colleges gauge their current level of career readiness using a research-based diagnostic tool. The tool covers competencies across three key performance areas:

1. Self-awareness

2. Career awareness

3. Skills and mindsets.

This tech enabled solution can be used by:

  1. Individuals: Young adults, between the ages of 16 and 25 can use this tool to understand their strengths and areas of improvement in order to become career ready.

  2. Organisations: Organisations can use this process and tool to strengthen monitoring and evaluation of their career readiness/life skills programs. Reports are available at multiple levels to enable organisations to understand the comparative performance of multiple students, trainers, classes and sites across the organisation.

  3. Colleges: The Career Readiness Review for colleges helps institutions understand their strengths and areas of improvement in being able to equip young people become career ready. We also support colleges in developing action plans as well as with resources to move ahead in their improvement journey.

The aim of the career readiness review is to enable young adults to take ownership of their growth using data.
